General Membership Information

Thank you for your interest in a Class 4 Winds & Renewables membership. Your membership will help Class 4 Winds as we seek to communicate, educate, support wind advocates, and support the development of synergistic opportunities among people who are interested in wind issues.

Signature Membership $10,000 (Limited to 50 members - Join Online)

1. Opportunity to become Active Board Member in helping set Class 4 Winds & Renewables agenda.
2. Placement of Signature member’s signage displayed in Class 4 Winds & Renewables corporate offices.
3. Right of refusal to sponsor Class 4 Winds and Renewables seminars, conferences, and publications.
4. Listing on Class 4 Winds & Renewables letterhead.
5. Listing with corporate logo and link on Class 4 Winds & Renewables website.
6. Listing on all Class 4 Winds & Renewables events signage.
7. Placement of logo/ad in both the monthly Class 4 Winds & Renewables Newsletter and the weekly Email Blast.

Partner Membership $7,500   (Limited to 40 members - Join Online)

1. Opportunity to frame Class 4 Winds & Renewables mission.
2. Placement of Partner member’s signage displayed in Class 4 Winds & Renewables corporate offices.
3. Listing on Class 4 Winds & Renewables letterhead.
4. Listing with corporate logo on Class 4 Winds & Renewables website.
5. Listing on select Class 4 Winds & Renewables events signage.
6. Placement of ad or logos on Class 4 Winds & Renewables Facebook & Twitter pages.

Elite Membership $5,000    (Limited to 30 members - Join Online)

4. Placement of ad in weekly Email blast.

Corporate membership is for organizations that:

1. have a significant commercial interest in wind energy
2. want to take a leading role in developing wind resources in the Class 4 Winds & Renewables region
3. have potential to benefit from wind development

Corporate members include:

1. electricity generators
2. wind farm developers
3. consulting firms
4. turbine manufacturers
5. transmission companies
6. banks
7. businesses actively engaged in the industry or businesses with significant potential to benefit from wind development

Your corporate membership entitles you to these benefits:

2. First right of refusal to sponsor Class 4 Winds & Renewables seminars, conferences, and publications

Associate membership is ideal for those who are less actively involved in wind energy, but want to monitor, support, and encourage development in the region.

Associate members include:

5. land owners

Public Sector Membership - $200 or more (Download Form or Join Online)

This membership is for governmental, education, and other public sector organizations.

Public sector members include:

1. city governments
2. economic development entities
3. county governments
4. school districts
5. colleges

Your public sector membership entitles you to these benefits:

3. Discount on all Class 4 Winds & Renewables seminars and programs

Individual Membership - $50 (Download Form or Join Online)

This category of membership is for individuals who are interested in the wind energy sector but do not have a direct commercial interest or have potential for a direct commercial benefit. Individual members are not, as a rule, seeking the level of information that is required by corporate and associate members. If you have a commercial interest, associate or corporate membership is more appropriate.

Your individual membership entitles you to these benefits:

Student Membership - $30 (Download Form or Join Online)

This category of membership is for students who are currently enrolled in courses with a curriculum geared toward the field of renewable energy. To qualify for the student membership you must have a signed document from a faculty member at your school.
